    Comment on Too Human.

So the reviews are out for Xbox 360′s Too Human, and they’re really not all that hot.

Here’s the fun Joystiq post about it.
    http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/19/dyacks-defense-too-human-haters-just-dont-get-it/

And here’s a comment I picked out that I really enjoyed.

Dyack is right, I for one don’t understand how he hyped the shit out of this game, then spent about 5 hours actually making the damn thing.

“we’ve created something so innovative and different”

right again. This isn’t your average shit game like Haze, this is an innovative and different shit game. Almost like Alone in the Dark only a lot worse.

“it just shows that human nature of if you don’t understand something, you immediately attack”

No Denis, we don’t attack things, we just point the analog stick towards it until it dies.

    Cheers!

Music: The New Pornographers – Failsafe

Check out this track by “The New Pornographers” I really really like it.
It’s cover of a track called Failsafe by A.C. Newman (Yes I know that A.C. Newman is the frontman for that band)

There’s also another version of the track done by “The Choir Practice

This post is probably going to get some really interesting google ads! :D

    Thoughts on housing

More and more I’m finding the urge to own my own place hard to resist. I’m still young and I have hardly any savings, so even owning a home or condo is probably a far future prospect (unless I find a long term partner within the next year or 2 and she just happens to make similar income to myself).

But maybe I don’t need  my own place, part of my urge to have my own place is all the really cool furniture that’s being designed these days. Or items like these. I can still have an awesomly designed apartment.
What I need is a new apartment, so the questions are now. Do I look for a roommate? or go it alone again and eat the large rental fee.

    What are your thoughts?
